MAKE UP CLASS POLICY

Robotics4U LLC allows students to take a make-up class only in the event that the class is cancelled by Robotics4U LLC. There are no refunds for missed classes. Make-up class will be scheduled and told in advance to parents.

CANCELLATION POLICY

uition is broken down on 6 week Session basis and must be paid on or before the first class of the session. Any late payments will result in a $20 late fee. You will be held responsible for all fees for any returned checks. Returned checks are subject to a $30 Non Sufficient Funds Fee. Once a session has commenced, your child is in the class for the entire session and no refunds or credits will be given for withdrawing from a class except for the following conditions: CONSUMERS RIGHT TO CANCELLATION, YOU MAY CANCEL WITHOUT PENALTY OR FURTHER OBLIGATION WITHIN THREE (3) DAYS FROM THE DATE SIGNED BELOW. ADDITIONAL RIGHTS TO CANCELLATION : 1) If upon a doctor’s order, you cannot physically receive the services because of significant physical disability 2) If you move your residence more than 25 miles from Robotics4U LLC location. All money paid pursuant to such contract cancelled for the reasons contained in this sub-division shall be refunded within 15 days of receipt of such notice of cancellation. Robotics4U LLC reserves the exclusive right at any time prior to any program start date to cancel any program your Child(ren) have been enrolled in. In such a circumstance, we agree that our sole and exclusive remedy is either enrollment in a similar program then available or a refund of the tuition we have paid on account

ASSUMPTION OF RISK, WAIVER OF LIABILLITY

MY CHILD(REN) MAY PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACTIVITY ORGANIZED BY ROBOTICS4U LLC, AS APPLICABLE. WE ASSUME ANY AND ALL OF THE RISKS OF SUCH ACTIVITIES, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF SAME OR FORESEEABLE, AND AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS ROBOTICS4U LLC AND THEIR RESPECTIVE MEMBERS, OFFICERS, ASSIGNS, SUCCESSORS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, STAFF, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES AND FROM ANY AND ALL DAMAGES OR OTHER INJURIES WHICH MAY BE SUFFERED BY US OR MY CHILD(REN) ARISING OUT OF, OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH PARTICIPATION IN THE ROBOTICS4U LLC CLASS OR ANY OTHER ACTIVITIES OFFERED BY ROBOTICS4U LLC, AS APPLICABLE.

We give permission to Robotics4U LLC of My Child(ren), as well as My Child’s/Children’s work, to be used for any lawful purpose, including but not limited to in any print and online publications, Robotics4U LLC websites, e-mail and advertising, each without Robotics4U LLC identifying My Child(ren) by name. All of the foregoing shall be the exclusive property of Robotics4U LLC. We authorize Robotics4U LLC as our agent for My Child(ren) to consent to any medical diagnosis or treatment and hospital care in case of an emergency and that full cost will be taken care by the parent/guardian. Robotics4U LLC programs and all materials used therein are the sole and exclusive confidential property of Robotics4U LLC, as might apply, and may not be reproduced or used in any manner whatsoever without the express written consent of Robotics4U LLC, as might apply. In the event that any portion of these Terms & Conditions are deemed void or unenforceable for any reason, it shall not affect the balance of these Terms & Conditions, which shall be enforced in the manner designed to give Robotics4U LLC, as applicable, the fullest benefit and protection. These Terms & Conditions constitute the full understanding of the parties hereto and no change, modification or waiver of any of these terms or conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

WE ACKNOWLEDGE THAT WE HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD & AGREE TO THE ABOVE TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THAT WE HAVE ASSUMED ALL OF THE RISKS FOR INJURY OF ANY KIND, DAMAGE OR LOSS OF PROPERTY THAT MAY BE INVOLVED IN THE PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES PROVIDED
